My Story

A Lifelong Passion for Animals That Started Right Here in Chino

Lisa Zintel did not just fall into pet grooming. She grew up in it. Raised in Chino, CA, Lisa developed her love for animals through 4-H and showing animals from a young age, building the kind of hands-on experience and natural ease with pets that simply cannot be taught in a classroom. That foundation gave her something most groomers spend years trying to develop: a genuine, instinctive understanding of how animals think, feel, and respond to care. For Lisa, grooming was never just a career choice. It was the natural next step for someone who has spent her whole life working with and loving animals.
